Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. After receiving the products the refund, if applicable will be processed and initiated to the original method of payment in 5-7 days."

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged.

**Customized products are final sale- and non refundable **

Please make sure you double check and Verify your draft before submitting them for logo printing 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at neshailashes@gmail.com 

Do not send your returns back without emailing us before hand the return address may differ

 Furniture, equipment and USA based beauty manufacturers ship out and deliver within 1-20 days

For international eyelash orders we recommend  express shipping this gives your order priority during  its international transit. This helps to ensure you get your order within 5-15 days instead of economy mail.

If you choose economy mail:

Please be aware due to the Pandemic - Safety regulations are being imposed on manufacturers and shipping companies -this has caused delays.

**WE SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER- THIS IS WHY SHIPPING TIMES VARY ** MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER THEN SHIPPED OUT**  WE WORK WITH DESIGNERS AND MANUFACTURERS IN ASIA- RUSSIA - AMERICA AND AUSTRALIA

**Attention**

We are not responsible for shipping tariffs the buyer is responsible( heavy items, bulks order or international shipments all fall under this provision) Please be prepared when placing order we are unaware of tariffs or taxes that will be implemented by any country

We are not responsible for stolen packages- if tracking system states it was delivered you will have to file a police report with your local authorities or contact your local post office

Attention: PO boxes ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE a secondary address must be given within 24 hours or the order will be canceled 

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.  we cannot start an order until the payment has cleared. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

International countries tends to hold packages in customs for 5-18 days before releasing please be aware- this may delay your arrival time. This does not constitute a delay on our end and will not fall under a reason for refund. The delay was not on our behalf but your countries. Please be aware before ordering
